Matt Lawrence has been a live sound engineer for 20+ years mixing clubs to stadiums with acts like Fifth Harmony, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Snoop Dogg, Cobra Starship, Matisyahu, The Dirty Heads, Sublime W/Rome, and Strung Out. After many years on the road, it was time to change directions in order to spend more time with his family, a path that led him to work on the manufacturing side of the business with Allen & Heath for 3 years and currently with Avid managing the live sound integration side of the business in the states.

Scott Clark Scott Clark started his career in professional audio over thirty years ago helping one of Meyer Sound’s finest engineers. This fueled his passion to solve the challenge that lies at the forefront of speaker system design and optimization to create an authentic audio experience with amplified sound. Scott’s professional musical career gave way to building a fulltime professional audio career in 2002 when he left the road to build, produce, and engineer at Graceworks Studios in Knoxville TN. Over the past 15 years, he cultivated his engineering skills at DB Audio Video, Danley Sound Labs, Baker Audio, Technical Innovation, and Diversified. He holds many industry certifications and also works with speaker companies in research and development as well as teaching certification courses on system design and alignment. He continues to work as a FOH engineer and has over 20 years of experience mixing and training audio engineers at various churches including 12Stone and Cross Pointe Church. Scott’s extensive career includes designing and aligning audio systems as well as video presentation and conferencing systems in a wide variety of venues. In 2017, Scott founded Strata with Tom Larrison and David Roche to be able to humbly serve our clients and provide excellent work at a fair price.
