Chris Lambrechts

Applications specialist for Avid Live Sound. Freelance sound engineer for both Studio and Live Sound who has worked with Snow Patrol (FOH), Massive Attack (Audio Network Engineer), Suggababes (FOH).

Alex Hofstrand

Alex Hofstrand has over a decade of experience with Avid’s live sound product line, beginning in quality assurance for the Avid VENUE | S6L launch. In 2022, he transitioned to a product design role, where he managed new features and hardware updates to address the needs of the touring and installed sound markets. With a strong background in live sound workflows for houses of worship, theater, and concert settings, he has mixed numerous shows in the San Francisco Bay area. His extensive touring and recording experience equip him with a unique perspective to enhance the Avid VENUE line for diverse applications.

Chant Peck

Chant Peck has over 30 years of experience as an audio engineer and educator. Before becoming the Market Development Manager for Live Sound at Avid, Chant had been a freelance engineer working for regional sound companies, theaters, city PAC’s, and multiple houses of worship. Prior to joining Avid, Chant was a faculty member at the Maricopa Community College District, where he developed curriculum and taught in the Audio Production Technologies program on multiple campuses. In 1994, he started his own company which provides studio and live recordings, educational assistance and development, beta testing, and audio consultation. In 2006, Chant joined Digidesign as an Applications Specialist and shortly thereafter became the Technical Sales Manager overseeing dozens of accounts. Now as the Live Sound Market Development Manager for North America at Avid, he works hand-in-hand with product management, sales, customer service, and marketing, in an effort to promote the benefits and services of Avid Live Sound.
