Daliah Naor is the senior manager of Market Solutions for Avid. A highly experienced communicator and marketer, she is responsible for creating and delivering content to support Avid's Media Enterprise portfolio, covering news, broadcast and general media production.
Matt Feury

A self-described “floppy disk guy living in a flash drive world,” Matt Feury has been exploring the world of editing and chronicling the heroes of the cutting room ever since one-button mice ruled the postproduction landscape. Throughout that journey, Feury has been a fixture at Avid Technology, a pioneer and leading provider of digital solutions for storytellers. This long and winding road lead Matt to create and host The Rough Cut, a podcast dedicated to celebrating the film and TV industry’s best and brightest practitioners of the editorial arts.
Derk Hagedorn
Director of Market Solutions
Derk Hagedorn is Director of Product Marketing for Pro Tools and has over 25 years of experience bringing hardware and software products to market. A longtime electric and double bassist, he has been fortunate to work with countless musicians, composers, and engineers who are passionate about using technology to create their art.
Craig Wilson
Product Evangelist, Market Solutions
Craig Wilson is a newsroom specialist with almost thirty years of experience in the broadcast industry. He has worked on major projects across the world ranging from workflow transformation of national broadcasters to large scale sports events including four Olympic games. Craig has held various roles with Avid, and is now the Global Product Evangelist for Media and Cloud.
Ray Thompson
Senior Director, Partners and Alliances
Ray Thompson has years of experience focused on media for broadcast, post, and film. Ray led the development of an IP live streaming platform strategy for sending SD, HD, and 4K video over a standard IP connection from anywhere at broadcast quality and at low latency to mobile and web. He has been a key driver in the transformation of a start-up software company from video editing to content licensing and management/distribution of assets via the web to multiple audiences.
Danny Hollingsworth
Business Development Manager, Cloud and SaaS
Danny Hollingsworth has been at Avid for the last six years and is the North EMEA PreSales Manager & Video Solutions Specialist. Prior to his time at Avid he was in post-production management. He is currently working with many of the region’s largest broadcasters and post-production facilities to design and implement both on-prem and remote workflows.
Luke Strent
Lead Product Owner, Avid NEXIS
With twenty years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, Luke has worn multiple hats as an editor, colorist, motion graphics designer, and workflow consultant. His expertise spans a wide range of workflows, from indie documentaries and feature films to music videos, daily infotainment, and major studio productions like The Voice. Known as the go-to expert for all things Media Composer, he couldn’t refuse when Avid reached out in 2021. Now, he plays a key role in designing and advancing Avid’s shared storage and collaboration tools to meet the evolving demands of the post-pandemic post-production market.
